weird rattling sound

i hear a weird rattling sound in my 1995 honda civic ex i think it migh tbe the other half of the heat sheild but idk... does anyone?

your bearings are probably getting ground up and then exploded by your pistons. is there metal coming out your exhaust? this is not a good sign.

lay on the ground let someone rev the motor and seeif the sound comes from the heat shield, if it is just rip it off, very common on Honda's ...
