i want to do a shoot. not necessarily for cars, so the space doesnt have to be big, but im looking for a rooftop of somesort where i can get some nice city background for my subjects.

anyone know of any places?

if you just want to take pics. i can get you on top of a bridge. its illegal but its a different world up there, p.s. you cant be afraid of heights and its at night. im not saying which bridge on here. you can p.m. me if you want.

If you insist on the city, I an't think of anything, but West Chester has some interesting views from the parking garages.

There are many parking garages in Philly where you can get some skyline in the background

One I have my eye on is the top floor of the parking garage next to the Cira Center...as in this pic below. I was scouting it and I think the views would be quite cool

Go to the top of William Penn if you don't want a car to be involved and just want shots for yourself. It's only a few bucks and it's the sickest view I've seen of the city.
