Guys what should i do?

Some of you know i had the White Honda Fit on Work Emos for a while lol

got rid of the Fit a few months ago for a Mini Cooper S
wanted to try something Euro....but then things started breaking
3 months in the brake booster went bad, wheel speed sensor broke, clutch/flywheel replaced

love the supercharger and all and i can still drive around the kid if i want BUT....

last night i saw my dream s2k 5 secs up the rd from my house

02 AP1 white/red interior

37k miles
asking 18 but i think i can get them down to 15 according to KBB

if it works out it could be an even trade basically

i use my cars mainly to and from work and meets sometimes
other than that it sits in the garage and we take my wifes car when we're driving around with the kid

what do you guys think?

if you dont need backseats, go for it. 18k seems pretty high for an 02. You can definitely talk it down.

i'd do it. sounds like you got a car that's gonna keep breaking on you in the future. But then again, I'm a little biased myself LOL

Have a mechanic check the valve retainers and all that good stuff before you buy it so you know it's not abused though. DEFINITELY can get that price down to that 15Kish

O ya, make sure it's cool with wifey cuz it wont seat the kid/wife together haha

I would trade in a heartbeat as long as even trade and no loss or no big loss on your part. Plus bigger aftermarket support.

I would go for it but I would search around and see if you can find one that is cheaper from a dealer with a warranty. Good Luck with it tho

If you think it's the .2 liters you're wrong. Not only where there cosmetic changes but the suspension was tweaked better, power comes sooner, more torque, better gears, improved acceleration, improved LSD, and bigger tires and rims as well as many other small things.

I would miss the functionality of having a "car" as opposed to a sports car.

I thought German engineering was flawless and superior?

Hands down go for the s2k. 15k out the door (OTD) though you have to remember isn’t you giving them 15k for the car itself. It’s you giving about $13.950 and $1050 for tax (if your 7% like Phila.) and minus any other fee's. Either way go for it!! And keep us updated.
