The readout is digital. You would still need to tap a vacuum line for the boost, and blah blah blah for the other 2.

Do you have the adapters for the oil pressure sender or is it a sandwich filter?

It will usually take more then an hour to install all of those gauges depending on where you want them mounted and how the sensors will be installed.

Yeah, if you want to make the install clean looking, IE, solder all the wires, bundle them together and out of the way, and make sure everything can be easily serviced, it will probally take more than an hour.

If you are using the blanks by the oil filter you will need adapters to go from BPST to NPT. I bought mine from 42draftdesigns and they are a must. I am not sure about AEM but I would bet on the fittings being NPT as most gauges are.

How long would it take a shop to put in a Down-pipe. I wanted one org., but I found out they Can void your warranty if Mitsu. Feels like being a dick. However if its an Easy install I could just take it down to Meineke If I ever need to go to Mitsu for warranty work. So what would you say is the estimated time for an install like that? Also does that make sense?
