They need to be apart and all hardware removed before dropping them off.

these wheels here i wish i would have took pics of how they showed up at first my customer had some one else working on them and the wheels had BONDO!!!!!!!!!! striaght up caca but we didnt break a sweat and got them looking the way he wanted.
