Anyone looking for an apartment?

I just took out a lease on a 3 bdr in clifton heights. the upstairs has 3 roomy bedrooms with closets, ceiling fans with remotes, central air/heat and a bathroom. downstairs is a living room & kitchen, the downstairs is furnished by me ( coach and seat, computer anyone welcome to use, tv, xbox 360, lot of movies, 2x8 beer pong table )

lease is in my name, i pay $850 plus 2/3 of utilities ( property owner picks up the other 1/3 ) basically you pay 1/3 or the rent + utilites. should run 400-450 a month. small back yard fenced in, i have a dog so you must not have any pet allergy ( basset hound, she dont **** on the floor dont worry )

lease terms are up to you, long term or month to month is fine. i'll ask my landlord if you will be requried to put up a security deposit today but i doubt you need to since i did. can move in anytime

a little about the building, it's actually a lawyers office in the front. we are the ONLY people living in it so it really more of a house than apartment. we have a private entrence on the side of the building. parking is available infront of the house or across the street. it's 1 building down from the bar tailgators, across the street from laundromat, right aid, chinese place, and some other **** store i forget.

oh, we also have comcast coming next week to install cable, we have tripple play premium or whatever with digital tv & hbo and 6mbps internet, wireless if you want it.

if anyone is familier with the friday & thursday meets at jims steaks in springfield, it's ~3 minutes from there, up the road like 3 traffic lights

oh i forgot everything is new too, it was redone a year and a half ago so it's all new appliances and what not. hardwood floors with tile kitchen, landlord is a nice guy too. he's a laywer, like ~30 years old and NEVER there. he lives in baltimore and has his primary office out there

asap really, but i'm not going to advertise on craigslist or anything.

it's 425 + 283 to move in ( 50% total rent security deposit + 33% first months rent ) so basically $708 to move in

comcast is coming on the 19/20 or 21 to install everything, so right now there isn't any cable

i'm going to get some pics up tomorow probably

it's 10-15 min from center city i guess? i dont really know what center city is, but baltimore ave turns into 13 and then into university ave. market street is like 3 blocks over
