curb rash & powdercoat

my gf got a lil curb rash on her wheels and the clear coat is coming off most noticably on the lip, just wondering how much to repair the curb rash, its only on two of the rims, nothing major. and clear coat..thanks

im not too sure if we will only be able to fix the curb rash and just clear coat it since we have to strip the whole wheel down to bare metal. the only option i think is going to be to strip them down fix the curb rash repowder with the color you want then reclear them.
