aftermarket steering wheels dont have airbags of course

is this illegal?

will it pass inspection?

I'm sure you won't have any issues passing SAFTEY inspection when you remove SAFTEY equipment. Honestly dude, think about it a little. Of course you will fail. Hell, you will probally havea a dummy light lit

I don't care, I removed mine. Just remove all the sensors and wiring so the airbag light doesn't come on. If they still want to be dicks and fail you for not having what MANY cars in the 70s and 80s didn't come with, **** them. Go buy a sticker from a gas station.

Its a 93, so the techs probably thought it didn't even come with one. My Honda never had an airbag.

I had a car pass twice w/o any airbag. Only thing you have to do is notify your insurance, it affects your rates slightly but it's better them to know up front then have an accident and they deny your coverage.
