What about like, a local fairgrounds? Like Honeybrook? They generally have a ton of acreage and I can't imagine it costing much to rent out for the day

I know that shopping centers & malls are tough due to taking customer's parking spaces, however the Coventry Mall in Pottstown/Norco might be an option as the Sears there is no longer & business & it has a fairly large parking lot there & a few entrances & exits. Not sure if it's a realistic place or not..... Lot might not be big enough & the mall not want the meet there, but it's an idea anyways.

Plenty of parking here, 5 entrances/exits onto all different roads, right near route 30.

The Expo Center in Oaks could maybe hold the cars if a few businesses would allow for some spots to be blocked off...
MONTCO has a bunch of big lots in the back. Dragstrip sounds cool too...
Can I ask why the Morgantown lot has not been the spot lately...

We got booted from Morgantown because of taking up all the businesses customer spots the last time we were there. That was chaos anyway.

Also NJ Motorsports Park in Millville NJ is hugeee and obviously car friendly as its a full blown race track. Would be awesome its a really clean park, would also probably be really expensive.

Cambells field park in Camden and camden waterfront. <-- that might be riversharks stadium i'm not sure.

I hosted an event a few years back at NJMP and they are insanely expensive and also not that pleasant to deal with. And Campbells field is the riversharks stadium and has already been addressed that it isnt big enough to hold the event.

Though its not North East Philadelphia its still within the area. The allentown fair grounds has a massive space that should be big enough to handle the amount of cars you are looking for. Its a 46 acre lot and a good amount of it is paved. The location is within a close proximity to rt 78 for people coming from south of the area and nj. When they host the fair in aug id bet there are over 2500 cars that park there for the concerts they have at night. They host a variety of other events aside from the fair, home shows, dog shows, ect. With this type of event at that location it would do wonders for the local businesses as well.

Bader field or the former AC Municipal Airport. It's plenty large and they have held huge concerts there (Metallica, Phish, DMB). It doesn't fit the "close to NE Philly" thing, but IMHO it would be worth looking at.

What about Dover International Speedway? It's not used a lot, but they do rent it out for special events. I don't know how expensive it would be, but if they can hold NASCAR events there then they can handle this.
