Does anyone know of any shops that can send me a piece of 3 inch SS pipe with this Donut Flange type end like i have pictured. I need it to retain a full 3 inch...This will also act like a flex joint for me.

I'd try JM Fabrications. They're a vendor here and are located in Sellersville.

I needed a similar piece made with a specific bend and Jim had it made for me in a couple days.

JM is doing my exhaust but cant do that beveled END lol. JM is by far the best place to go. I think im just going to bring him my entire exhaust and he will do 2 flat 2 bolt flanges.

Most exhaust places can make that for you. Just bring them the piece of stainless and they can put it in the machine. Just don't use something too thick or they may not be able to do it. I had meineke in doylestown do a donut flange like that for me.
