Might be picking up a new toy!!

Looking at a 2002 Suzuki TL1000R, i have ALWAYS loved these bike's and the sound of the v-twin. I finally found one in good shape and in my price range im really excited!! HA

Any input? I know they are kinda heavy bikes (424lbs) but other than that any downfalls?
