It's only me and her cause the 'Fairlady' a coupe
Stories upon stories could be told from the last few months dealing with the car alone. Story short, she's come along way and now that its almost spring and time for the new year it's time to take things a bit more serious. A picture of how she sat earlier today After the picture was taken the rear wheels were taken off and painted a rich gold color , as well as giving the brakes a once over with duplicolor. I'll have the picture up tomorrow. Some plans include but not limited to: - New lowering springs - megan for double the drop... - Clean up the engine - Tune up - 20mm spacers for the front - Replace Bearings - Interior makeover - install Corbeau A4 seats waiting in my room - Body work + new paint job. Look for build threads on a few of the stance forums as well, I tend to browse them 24/7

Love these so much, do you have t-tops or a fixed roof?

Not sure what your plans are but just some advice: IF you plan to boost it... don't. It would be a lot easier and cost close to the same to just sell your N/A and find a TT model.
Great cars if you keep up with them. How many miles on it? |

Rainy day and dirty car but I figured I'd share some progress.
Went out and snapped a picture of the new rim color. Awaiting some time off/good weather to start on some body work. Quote:

So, by satin, do you mean rattle-can? Paint looks pretty wack.
Also, namedropping before you actually get a feature is kinda wack, too.

And sorry if you don't agree with the namedropping, simply telling people where to look if for some reason I stopped updating this thread. I tend to be on there a lot more.

small update
Because racecar. Got the seats in a while ago but haven't had the chance to update the thread. Looking into re-wrapping the interior with leather or suede trim for a classy race feel. Newest pic of the Z, browsing around for a new fender, STILL deciding on paint color, and looking into Megan EZ streets or Powertrix SS coilovers to finally drop it

I'm taking it that the harnesses are just draped there for now with plans on attaching them to a roll bar later? Hope you measured the seat backs and anchoring points before you installed!

Harnesses are properly mounted in the 'trunk' until the half cage is installed.

So they're not properly mounted.
Heed my advice, do not use them until you have a proper roll bar with proper height crossbar that has the harness loops in it. If you're in an accident while wearing the harness and it's not properly mounted and has no ASM included (which yours does not) you're risking massive spinal compression along with many other things. You need a roll bar to utilize those harnesses; nothing short of that is going to cut it.
