Saw a black Talon on 896 around New London/Lincoln University. From what I can tell it had cams, catback, and possibly a turbo but I am not sure. The license plate also said NO ROLL.

Anyone on here?

By the plate, sounds like a GSX/TSi

The car did sound nice though. Didn't really like the catless deal.
