Returns Specialist Job Description

DESCRIPTION: The Returns Specialist is an integral part of our Customer Service Team. Our customer support team resolves our customers’ car problems efficiently & effectively

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Keep customers happy.
• The Returns Specialist is expected to process returned inventory as quickly and accurately as possible, so a receiving team can assign the items back to the shelf for future sales.
• Evaluate return issues and resolve according to established protocol.

Requirements
• Performance Automotive knowledge
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proficiency with MS Suite, IM, Searching internet
• ERP experience preferred
• Ability to communicate in person and through technology in a professional, customer-centric manner.
• Automotive parts, service, sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
