US vs Japan style drifting

I think the tell tale differences in US style vs Japan style drifting say a lot.

US: more high speed, high power, a lot of smoke and about dominating your competition.

Japan: less smoky, not always about power and but often more technical

Post your fave videos that showcase each country's style

A personal fave ---> Team Burst from Japan

When I was at Formula D I noticed all of the American drivers use the e-brake to initiate a slide, whereas the one japanese dude didnt. It really threw off the guy behind him when he was leading during tandem.

Not at all, just his preference.

I think some of the coolest drifting is days at ebisu with a bunch of missiles scraping walls and going crazy.
