I get that what he says isn't really anything special or meaningful...but don't see how he sounds like a tool

<3 his car! It's one of the inspirations I use to keep me motivated to finish mine and get it running again. Dunno much about him personally nor do I really care...just so long as his cars still out there for me to drool over.

There's haters for everything - what I believe why most people don't like him is because he's new and hasn't made a solid ground appearance for the public.
After watching this documentary, he's just like everyone and trying to get somewhere big - You gotta start somewhere! He's on the right path to success

Oh and dunno why I didn't post this one up either, but...His new wrap job

I bet a lot of people here hate on him cause he's rocking a V8 as well. Just my opinion from what I've seen in other threads talking about V8 drift cars.

I think people just hate on new drifters on the rise because they can't drive as well/they dont have the funding/ they've never actually drifted a car ever.

It's a new sport that as a whole is struggling financially, there needs to be as many drivers in competition as possible. I've spent a lot of time on the road with grassroots drifters going from competition to competition, it's not as fun and easy as many may think.

I hear you man. Watching guys chase their passion like that is intense.

From the videos it looked like he could throw some serious angle.. the V8's are just to compete with the big boys IMO.. I know Matt Powers switched to a V8 for FD this year along with some others. I wouldn't rock one if it wasn't in a comp car.

Yeah thats how i see it too. I drifted a V8 car once and i must say it was lots of fun. But as with every sport evolution must occur and i understand the V8 option. I guess we will see how this year goes with many V8s out there. One will be driven by a D1GP driver and i am very interested how that pans out

V8's are ruining the culture.

Without the competitions, the culture would cease to exist, because there would be no fans of the sport to make products for and sell products to. It's a double-edged sword - but the change in the culture is happening and we can either accept it and roll with it, or we can bitch and moan while the sport goes on without us. I choose option A.

Kid seemed normal to me. I like the new wrap too. I am also glad the car is low.

Just stay away from FD.

I really hope that you didn't take my post seriously.

I'm never serious on the Internets.

My bad. The 5 pictures of you holding a sign that says v8 sucks looked a little serious. Hahaha. Then again I'm not on here much anymore so I don't know who's serious and who isnt.

Why do people always hate on v8's in drift cars I don't get it, I'll never get it people need to realize it's just better plain and simple. I hate those conversions but I l his car or some reason but he is breaking the rules so I'll hate it until he fixes that.
