Looked just like Obeewon's but diff wheels. Heard the BOV car was black had 2 white guys riding in it. it made a left onto street road from bustleton right next to walgreens and was heading towards neshaminy. anyone on here? around 10PM last night I just got out of work. Also saw them on my 30 minute break earlier in the day.

it's probly me, i took it out for a spin last night, altho it was just me in the car
