Now if this were to happen, some one would physically have to get this thing started.

the insurance and the pending law suit will cover bills. Unfortunately not in time to get that house fixed up for him.

Someone needs to spearhead this in the Yardley area, get in touch w/ local businesses to support the fundraiser and donate food and stuff to sell. Gotta capitalize on earnings here.

I'm way to far from the area to do it, otherwise I would out there on the weekends... I'll do what I can from here. If anyone wants to design a website for the car show I'll program it and get it hosted on godaddy. It'll be easy to pass the link around to different car forums and businesses.

I'll even write them an email to see if we can get free hosting from them for a few months. I've been using them for years and tell everyone I know to sign up w/ them so maybe I can throw that at them lol

Could also use the money towards the house to make it more handicap accesible for him, that would work out a bit.

that's what I said

Ok, whose gonna take the lead with this?

I've got a little experience in setting events up and coming up with ideas for events from my previous job. I wouldn't mind making the plans and getting this going, but I'd need someone from the area to get me locations and phone numbers and names.

I'm not good at setting up events, so don't look at me. I'm down for the event to show up and all...You also could try to use the TST BBQ at Tyler State Park, even though its a ways away, but it still could be used to raise money there also. I know alot of people attended the meet there last year, so who knows.

Wow... This is crazy! Thank goodness you are alive and in good health (for the situation of course). You'll walk again man, just keep trying no matter how frustrated you get. Just keep thinking it and it will happen. I'll throw money down if we get something going... I'm broke as a joke but this is alittle different.

Oh wow... that is unreal.. what's up with the people that caused the accident? Is everything documented? Are you going to pursue a lawsuit?

We will definitely get a donation going at the TST meet at Ridley for you.

WOW....this is my first time checking out this thread. It is seriously unreal that anyone would survive a wreck like that. Like everyone says...keep your hopes up, work hard and hopefully one day you will walk again. My prayers are with you my friend.

Damn man. It's been forever since I have seen you. I heard it was bad, but no idea that you were in such bad shape. Good luck with the recovery! I will suggest a donation at the SRT Memorial Day Picnic!
