i think no lift shifting means he does not let off the gas in between shifts its always floored

yeah. what is no-lift shifting??

my guess: not taking your foot off the accelerator when you shift gears to ensure your clutch is always getting maximum power? (but that would obviously screw up your clucth and drivetrain, unless they were built for that kind of abuse.
