i have driven up that hill once...it is freakin awesome....it would be so much fun to go all out the whole way up. i always wanted to go and watch...but i don't know how to get a hold of the scheduling

sick... guess that means i missed pagoda though. are you caged? i think i remember you have to be to do the hillclimbs.
i need to get to one, they're so cool to hang out at...

Jlb725 do you have a cage in your car and all that safety stuff or are they letting people run without cages?

The car does have a cage and all the safety stuff. It is setup for road racing in SCCA. You need full cage and all the other safety equipment to do the hill climbs. I plan on doing Duryea which is a longer version of Pagoda. When that time comes around I'll post the date and times so people can come and watch.

Any pics of your cage? I always like to see the different ways people attack a sedan.

And hopefully, I will be able to build my cage or my brother's pretty soon and make it out to one of these. I've been planning on driving in them for a while now and was supposed to have the car done to make the first one at the end of may, but that didn't happen and things just keep getting pushed back. But I need to make it to at least one of them this season.

Oh..My..God...I want to do that sooooooo bad! I know I would be like last, because I have no suspension mods at all, but I dont care. But I wanna run Duryea (sp?) cuz its got that huge straight part before the finish and I could just haul arse. It said cars have been clocked at 140 coming up to the finish line.

i was at the hillclimb last weekend, didnt see an sti, where u runnin sat or sun bc i was there sunday. me and my friend showed up at 12 and by 130 someone wrecked and it felt like an eternity b4 they got started again so we left and went swimmin instead.

im not crazy about hillclimbs bc my car would get its asses kicked in them. ive been up and down that road a couple times and its fun, downhill. im sure the feeling is different in a car with torque.....

I was at Weatherly but didn't make it to Pagoda unfortunately.
I am hoping to have the safety equipment in place to run a few next season.

I missed this meet. Please make it out to Dureya.

How much HP? It looks like you were moving pretty well up there. Those hills are pretty steep and to accelerate like that, you should've been ahead of most of the cars time-wise.

Thanks for all the comments!!!! When i get a chance i will get some pics of the cage up. The car in T2 form makes 300whp and 360TQ, its tuned on 105 octane. Hopefully at the next event I will be able to put some names to faces.
