Also guys...if anyone has pull with vendors from this or another forum, owns a shop or has someone that owns a shop...please ask if they would like to contribute to our raffle. I really would like to land a few more vendors so we can have some more raffle goodies to raffle off! Remember let them know this meet is always organized and run properly, and it's more advertising for their company or business as we gladly setup any banners they lend us, hand out stickers, flyers etc from companies interested!

Hey, I'll be attending with a guest. Sign me up for a box of trash bags and napkins. Just the yard sized 33 or so gallon bags? How many napkins will we need? Also, Who would I give them to when I arrive? First time attending, just wondering. thank you.

Ps: not sure if it matters but we will only be one car.

Well need people to post what they can bring for supplies..and we reached 50 cars finally which isnt bad...but a long ways to go. I am sure there will be 60 plus by the time the meet actually arrives.. I personally would like to see 100 but we can only see what happens!

Im somewhat of a beginner but ill be making a video of the meet and shooting pictures. Just gotta get the hang of my steadicam before the meet!
