Right vs. left turn on green

I'm sure this is a stupid question but I'm pretty knowledgable when it comes to traffic law so I'm curious about this. I was making a right onto street road from next to LA fitness in Warrington. I had the green light and so does the opposing light coming from a neighborhood. There was a person trying to simultaneously turn left while I'm making a right. Now I feel and what I thought was that the person making the right has right of way when it comes to a green light. So I see them trying to sneak into the lane and I just continue to turn and made sure they couldn't make the turn by well.. basically cutting them off from where I'm sure they need to wait to turn anyway. Am I correct in saying that they need to yield to me making a right?

Yes, the person making the left turn has to first yield to the person making the right turn.

So she would have been at fault if there was a crash, correct?

Based on the scenario you gave I'd say yes.
