Theft in PA
Now, they went to police station and got pictures and fingerprinted. than they got taken back to there car and were good to go. a few days later police called them up saying that they were seen stealing in another store, could this just be because they are seeing if they are the ones who may have stole from a diff store that someone else was? but back to the point... is this fightable and what would be the outcome? |

First off its handcuFFed and your spelling and grammar are terrible
You can plead not guilty to any offense and have your day in court, thats your right. I'm not a lawyer, thats not my job and i'm not psychic I cannot predict the outcome of a criminal case. Is there a specific part of the arrest you would like me to help you with? If so please ask the question you would like me to answer.
