Hey I work with what I got. If 250 is the goal for me for the time being, its gonna be 250. When I get around it, I plan on swapping in a k20 or just getting a new car. Limited resources limits goals.

Also school and the National Gaurd can take away from all the time I could be working to make $ to have a higher goal. Im not shooting for a race/track car or anything. Just a dd for now.

I should've made it more clear as to the ricers. I was refering to the typical image of a ricer. You know, raspy exhuast due to the change of the muffler only, muticolored bodies, led's and lights everywhere, spoilers that dont belong and altezza lights being on the wrong cars. Everyday I see such cars and its really nice to see cars done right.

I know my goal of 250 is pretty low and fairly easy to reach, but Im not gonna use an ebay turbo to do it. And for the record I didnt mean to offend

I want a car to be in my life, not my life to be the car itself, for now

amen brotha. I have the same issue, sort of. I am shooting for 525whp in my grocery getter. $5000 in tranny parts is making it hard to do. Cant seem to sell enough custom catch cans and coolant tanks to get it done lol. my 400hp for now will get me by. Some day it will happen tho. Nice thread!

My mustang. To be in 12s possibly with full weight.

Camaro - It already runs 11s, but would want to tweak it to have it streetable.

Pay it off is the first goal.

Next run a 10 sec quarter mile in DD form.

Get some 9 to 10" wide rims, go have fun auto xing and HDPE.

All while being a DD.

Short term goal is a 9 second pass, but long term I would like to push my current motor to its limit. When/If it fails I will build the motor and shoot for some more power.

do urself a HUGE favor and for get that the 08 wrx exists. Get 09+ or an 06-07. the 08s were awful (no offense to anyone who has one lol)

but honestly, u should just get a used STi......always better to have the sti with the 6 speed over any of the wrxs with their iffy 5 speed.

Nothing big.....max out my turbo (still need to get injectors...then a re-tune).

Start working on the suspension. I've been putting it off but as crappy as the Legacy suspension is I shouldn't be. The Bilstein/H&R springs combo is great....but I need some sways.
