Pa: window tint, primary or secondary offense
Feel it's a waste of my tax money to have cops pulling me over for having my windows tinted |

There is no primary or secondary violations. Tint violations are probable cause to stop a vehicle. Any violation listed in title 75 (sticky above) is probable cause to stop a vehicle.
Something as small as having your reg sticker not in the provided indentation on your plate is probable cause to stop your vehicle because it is a violation of the vehicle code. |
