Now that you have a Miata you have to play by the rules.

1) Absolutely NO club music shall be played inside the car.
2) It must be over 80 degrees Fahrenheit to have the top down.
3) If you choose to retain the passenger seat. Under no circumstances should your passenger be male.

Clean neon doesnt follow these rules.
