Don't bother with the rollbar IMO, I don't like the bolt in ones.

Hardtop though, sex.

Relax, bud. When the dude with a drag Honda and a boosted daily that has had fast Honda's for years AND fabs his own parts tells the new kids on the block that they're doing it wrong, it's time to step back and learn something.

Nice! Take my advice and don't buy a hard top. Here is a few of the reasons I find the s2k fun.

Superb cornering
Feels very nimble
Revving to 8k (9k for you lucky bastard)
And driving around topless.

The hard top honestly makes me not like my car at all. I wish I got a 2006 in yellow or white with a soft top. Everytime I see you with the top down I get so jealous lol

Also check your A/F ratio. It could be running leaner, but I heard the AP1 is rich from the factory so you should be ok. I wanted to ask you, do you have an issues running he seats and wheel? SRS light or anything?

Also I like your roll bar idea. I was in the crashed s2k thread and the roll bars hold up well on rolled cars. I saw pics. I would rather get a hard dog IMO, just make sure your head can't hit it if you get tossed around because you are way taller than me lol.

And last, we have to do a shoot, I have a d3100 but idk WTF I'm doing lol

I love S2000's, what I don't love is SOME of the idiot ass owners who swear my car is B 18 swapped after they get beat by a turbo cavalier... >_<

LOVE the red color. !

Hmm I almost want to quote the whole clueless thing here.

Anyway from what I understand the cusco cage is pretty much junk and used mostly for looks. Most events that require a rollbar dont allow the cusco. I personally dont see a reason for a bar unless you plan on tracking it so in my opinion the cusco is kinda rice. From what I understand one of the nicer functional bars is the hard dog. I want a bar but I am not sold yet as I already sit with the seat all the way back and dont know how comfortable it would be losing a notch or two.

I agree with asif that the s2000 is much better without the hardtop it just wouldnt be the same car to me. I rarely drive mine anymore so its not a big deal but I can see how if you drive in the winter it could be nice.

Asif I was talking to chip and he said you were thinking about sc'ing if you have any questions or need a hand feel free to pm me. Its been about 4 years since I installed mine but I think I remember all the steps still.
