Cool! Congrats! What does the 1LE have over the regular SS?

If you are going to do a rear seat delete why not just get a Corvette?

Upgraded cooling for the engine/trans/diff, larger front and rear brakes/wheels/tires (tires are stickier too), PDR, eLSD/PTM from the C7, Recaro seats, specifically tuned mag ride, 3.73s, short shifter, NPP exhaust.
Details here - http://www.chevrolet.com/culture/art...-packages.html

Not bad for $45k MSRP... I'm paying a good bit less

Besides the $20k+ price difference ? That's a pretty expensive seat delete, no?

Great deal!

I actually found that exact page when I googled after asking you. I like the additional cooling, Recaros, eLSD/PTM the most. Mine has the mag ride, 3.73's and NPP. I'm looking forward to when the 1LE suspension updates become available through GM.

Such a great performance car for the money, really can't be beaten.

Yessir - I'm getting GM supplier price + whatever incentives are available at time it shows up... Which according to order tracking should be around the last week of Nov/First week of Dec

As far as the options go... I was looking at used C7Z51s and considering really stretching my budget for a C7 Grand Sport... but when I found out the performance numbers on the 1LE...
The skidpad/brake numbers and accel numbers are all within the realm of a tire/pad swap to be the same... I just couldn't justify spending $25k+ extra for a Grand Sport and not having a back seat (if I need it - I know for track events I'll be pulling it and the spare).

I just got a new job and started Monday tho, 11% raise... Should have bought the ZL1 :p Oh well.

Status 4300 for the car - it's built and was sent to an interim lot to await shipping details.

Can't wait to see pictures and get your driving review!

I'm anxiously waiting for GM to release the 1LE suspension upgrade for my MRC.

If they do, it'll probably be a whole handling package (sway bars, springs, etc), I doubt it'll have a re-flash for the MRC tho

I'll do what it takes, love the MRC concept

Has your 1LE come in as expected?

Pretty cool to see they included the mag ride calibration with it!

I was told it should arrive sometime between Tues and Thurs...

Yeah, it was another selling point of getting MRC for me. Ability to reflash.

Sweet! I bet it's going to be hard to sleep the night before, haha. These cars are so fun to drive.

OK Pics of my car... Admittedly it was 27 degrees yesterday and sunny during the day but by the time I was able to get to the dealer the sun was going down and it was getting wet out... So my pics are weak - Only the wheel, window sticker, and from behind in my house's garage.
I managed to get one in my gym garage tho, which is probably the best...

These pics are from a guy on Camaro6 with the same car (I don't have the black bowtie badges, but they're on order - color/options/etc is the same)... Way better showing of Mosaic Black Metallic in sunlight...
