Anyone know the clown that works at the Best Buy in Downingtown, Pa with the white civic. He was driving around the parking lot trying to hit Veeeeeeeeeetaaaaaaaaak whenever possible.

A black rsx-s and blue lancer weaving (Literally weaving, barely a foot between them and other cars) in and out of traffic doing 100+mph yesterday around 4PM on 309 South near the Exton exit by Arcadia. You guys are the reason we have such a bad rep. Anyone know these clowns? RSX was tinted with exhaust and lancer was stock driven by a white guy in a beanie.
