Speeding Ticket In PA : MD License and discrepancy on ticket

ok my car is registered and md and i have a md license and i just want to know if the points from PA ticket 3362 will transfer to my MD license and if so how many is it

and should i fight it i admit i was speeding but their is a discrepancy on the ticket it says i was going 72 in a 35 (Which is over double the speed limit which is big trouble in MD) but i was going a speed i dont know in a 45 and it was about to change to 55

and in the notes he put "def traveling @72mph in a zone posted @ 35mph , Robic Watch Used"

i know if their is a discrepancy on a md ticket it will get thrown out immediately

what is a ROBIC watch ????

i really just dont want it to show a double the speed violation . what do you guys think i should do

If he cited your for a 37 over thats 5 points and a required departmental hearing

a robic watch is what was used to calculate your speed

thats what he cited me for he said that in pa it caries points (he didnt say how many) but he couldnt tell me if it would transferred to md

and he was getting pissed off because i kept saying i thought it was 45 here and he kept saying no its 35

but i drove back down that road today and it is clearly 45 for atleast a mile before when he pulled me over and it goes to 55 about 1/4 mile from where i was stopped

and whats a departmental hearing

and how does this robic watch work

i really didnt realize i was going that fast i had just tuned the car and it was my first real 3rd gear pull i ever did and it was only for about 3-5 secs then i saw lights come on
