Willdue: I do not have a business or run a business, It's just me. The garage does not have an address/phone number, Or any signs or anything outside. I have ALOT of cars, So I work on all them in there, And if anyone ever needed anything or help/space ETC I would help them. It's just me though so to answer your question, The answer would be no I guess!
As for the other comment: Thank you, But once you are in it every day, You kind of want bigger, And better. I'm useto it now so I kind of wish I had something larger and all, But since I'm the only one using the garage, It's way more then enough for me and I definatly am not complaining since before this one, I had a very small/cement garage that leaked water through the walls when it rained I were suppose to paint all the walls white, To brighten it up even more, But a lack of motivation shows that it hasen't been done yet, And all the paint is just sitting, Never to probably get done Last edited by EklipzGSXkid; 12-14-2009 at 10:04 PM. |

rents reasonable. Usually when you plan on running a business out of it, especially a custom shop, people will jack the rent up. But it was under 1000$, came with a lift, and air compressor. So it was just the right move. Its in an area that doesnt have a big tuner shop around. And a big plus, the garage use to be run by a older dude, that the town loved, and all went to. Weve got alot of people coming to us saying that there gunna bring there cars there ect. I just hope it all works. Right now were working on the heat, we just got the baseboard heaters tonite, for 40$ for 5 of them. So well be good on heat. The garage is ready to go, its decently big, nothing over big. I wish it could be bigger, but for a start itll work. Its nice having a waiting room, office and bathroom

I know what you mean about the extra rooms (Specifically a bathroom)!!! I useto hate seeing people sit around my garage when they would come. Now if they say they are bored, I just tell them walk up the steps in the back of the garage... then out of suprise, You don't see them coming back down for a few hours, Or until I go get them.

lol. Yea that was a big thing when we were looking. THeres an outside bathroom as well, but since the place was not used for 5 years, the outside bathroom went to ****. We do eventually plan on re doing the outside bathroom.

Lol, That was actually a fully built and boosted 3g. That car had been painted that color before the first f&f ever even came around. Luckly that was my only ''show'' car I ever had, 1 of 65 dsm's, 1 of only 1 3g I ever owned. Even though it were bright green, The car was very fast for 9 years ago now, when half the people on this site were still riding bicycles. :P
