We'll be doing my miata in the next few weeks so we'll have some more examples coming soon!

Solid looking garages on here. Have to post up some pics of my parents, i still live there and use it when i need to work on something and it's too cold or raining. I've been working in the rocks for the last 7 years. I have access to a few heated shops with all the tools i could need but i have to use them after hours and the owner has to be there. I can't wait to have my own.

This part will fit about 10 or so cars:

This part fits 4 cars:

looking down into the basement (If this were for a car, it would fit 2 cars:

bathroom:

'tool room':

back side leading up to the upstairs:

(This useto be a bar, But I made it to put more parts now. This would fit 4 cars if it were for cars):

This is the backside of the garage:

Back lot:

This is what I consider my main side, Where I pull all the cars in and out:

Sounds like a terrible idea.

Go find 1/2-1 acre somewhere for $10-25k and build on it.

OR, shop around on Craigslist and rent a garage or small warehouse for $150-$600 a month.

In my area a 1 stall storage only no work garage with just lights, rents for $200 a month. It's very very hard to find a garage , Let alone one you can work out of for cheap !

Just check code and zoning as to what's required to put up a pole building/garage. Lots of places have restrictions on building size, especially if there isn't already a standing structure (house) on the property. Would suck to buy property and then be stuck with having a smaller building or height restrictions.

I still live with my parents until I purchase my own place. My dad and I insulated it over the summer. My dad also got a 14x22 shed to open up space in the garage. My dad parks his sidekick in the garage next to my moms legacy. If I need to work on my car I can pull it into the garage. Have a small propane heater that warms up my work area.

Here's the shed with my dads sidekick, he parked it in during a hail storm so I could keep
My car safe.

And my parking spot.

I didn't realize how small the still I originally posted. Here's a larger one. One of the first floor and one of the second. Big plans for it, and a LOT to do yet!

Not sure where in Boston you are, but I was at my friends apartment in Beacon Hill and she showed me some parking spots there listed for $80-100k. Mind blowing.......
