Well the fronts should fit fine if they are around a +20 to +25 offset, any higher and they will rub your suspension, any lower and they will rub your fenders, with moderate stretch.
Offsets are important when using large sizes like these. Post up the offsets so i can get a better idea. Or just put them on and you'll figure out real quick if they are the right offsets or not. I wanna see though!

Thanks guys I mean I am gonna do what I can to make them work, if not no big deal. I kinda think they are a +26 offset, not really good with the whole whats a good offset or any of it for that matter. Im hopein we get another warm week so I can get the 5 lug on and see these bad B!t(h's on.

Your without a doubt going to need large fender flares or overfenders....
Those things are gonna be huge... Its gonna look weird if you dont have a body kit.

Yea i thought so jest a rear bumper if you know the car, it is already low enough to the ground side skirts would just get destroyed. But Ill prob end up getting side skirts as well.

Run 265 on the rear 235 in the front. That will give you a bit of a stretch. 295 is alot of tire and won't stretch much on a 10.5. The 265 will help you fit them as well. We can help you out with tires if you like.

a 295 will not stretch on a 10.5 inch rim. and that is a hell of alot of tire for a 240sx.

10.5+26 will fit under the rear fenders with a stretched tire, a small pull and some camber.

I went to sears, mounted and balanced for 15 bucks each... its not really a big deal but some places just won't put small tires on large wheels... My buddy went to the sears near him and they wouldn't do it.
