Some tool parked across 3 spots at BCCC

Spotted some tool with an older silver Audi parked across 3 spots today at BCCC (newtown). Your ****ty aftermarket front bumper was chipped, which left me wondering why you think your car is so nice that you have to park across 3 spaces.
