I just wanted to know if all you guys paid full for your PS software, or is there a better way to get it? I heard you can download it from shareware, but haven't had any luck. Does anyone have the CD? I'm trying to get into it a little more. I used to make some pretty kickass videos in my opinion, and now I want to do some photography. Thanks for any help.

I bought my copy with a nice discount because I work in a school. The only versions Ive seen other then the full retail is the 30 day trial ones. Im sure people will chime in with bittorrents and whatnot but I sucked up the cost of CS2. I might have a a copy of LE 5.0 you could have. Its not the greatest but it gets the job done.

The problem with the retail copys on cds, atleast with the version I have is they only allow it to be used on 2 computers. You can buy extra licenses but Id hate to see what that costs.

i think if half the people here told how they got their versions it would get ugly really quickly. of course there's always ways to get around paying but i dunno how many people are ready to admit how they got the versions they did
