Guys, I finally got to cruising this thing around tonight, and it is still slow. GASH E30s are so slow it's ridiculous. The Forester is ruining my E30 lyfe, and it's a stock lesbian suvcar.

I really do too. I like this car, so I'm going to keep it, so it'll happen, but it's gonna be a while unfortunately.

My life is at that post-college crossroad of "invest in your career, not piss money on cars" stage, so the head and wheels (and some other odds and ends) are the last of it for a while.

Good to hear it's alive. It's an M20, right? Both of my brother's E34s had M20s. Obscenely reliable, but dang, how can an engine be so anemic, lol.

Yep, she's a good ole M20b25. They make less power than a B16 honda motor. But they sound cool, so that's what matters.

Speaking of that...

The Magnaflow has a very nice sound, but it's still pretty quiet. My brother cut off his muffler and it sounds raw.

Thanks dude, bahaha that sucks. If you can't tell I still need to adjust my valves after breaking everything in. The tick is louder than the damn exhaust.

This thing is still slow, and something is wrong, but I don't know what. It even revs slow as balls. Hrmmmmm. Timing is on, and I can't find any vacuum leaks. No misfire or anything.

Rev video.

Think it's a skeeter valve? Muffler bearing?

Well, I'm no longer going to be a tristate tuner. Heidi was too cool to sell to someone I didn't know, so my Dad bought it.

Until we meet again, TST.

Nope. I couldn't get off a wednesday before my departure. It broke my heart.

I can't lie, to some degree I wish I could forget about all things priority and just work to build sick cars. Someday that is going to happen again. Someday.
