I don't think they're ugly, if they're strong, cutting down on rotational intertia is good I guess. Curb rash would really suck though

i dont think ive ever seen a 190,000 dollar car parked in a position where it could get curb rash haha

18" and 20" rims @ 14lbs is pretty damn sweet considering you get 5" extra inches of dubtastic carbonfiber compared to the dinky 15" spoons

Those wheels sound reaaaaaaally stupid. Carbon fiber will only bend to a certain point, before exploding. Hit a pothole too hard in a car with a stupid hard suspension, and kaboom!

theyre lighter than that. my ssr's weigh 11 lbs and the spoon wheel felt like it was a good 1-2 lbs lighter than that. but still an 18" wheel weighing 14lbs is nuts. i wonder how durable the wheel is when it comes to potholes
