Well it's that time of year again. I will be up front and say the meet almost didn't happen this year. We had problems with the location, permission, insurance, the list goes on. But I've had the support of some great people so now it's back. For an event that started in KOP, then moved to Montgomeryville, I am making what I hope is the final move. This years event will be held at Macungie Memorial Park in Macungie, Pa. Located on route 100 and just outside of Allentown this should be a fantastic location that we will be able to use for years to come.

Date: 11/4/2012
Time: 10am-4pm
Location: Macunige Memorial Park Macungie, pa. We will be using the side entrance so for the sake of getting you there please use 81 N walnut st. macungie, pa in your gps (the address of a home across the street from the side entrance)

Since we are not at the toy store this year we request you bring an unwrapped toy or gift or monetary donation. Upon entering the park you will be asked for a donation, this donation is solely for the park and can be from $1 up. The park will also be serving food and drinks (very cheap 3 bucks gets you a drink, hot dog and change) again proceeds will be to benefit the park. Donations for Toys for Tots will be collected at the main pavillion where there will be signs.

We are going to be holding a raffle this year. If you are a business or shop that would like to contribute something for the raffle it would be greatly appreciated and I will of course be giving credit to you for that.

I will don't worry. Once we finish the flyer I am going to make a list of what we need to do and then start sending it out to everyone who offered to help. This will be the first year that this is going to be more like a car show and less like a random meet in a parking lot. If it wasn't for people like you, Julie, my wife, Kyle, Chris B. etc.... it wouldn't even be happening.
