that's funny, cause just this morning as i got off 95 in NJ at scotch road exit going to work, there was an unmarked explorer sitting at the top of the ramp with NJ plates and radar. maybe same guy...
i also see unmarked caprices w/nj plates flying up 95 north, 90mph every morning. pa cops need to get them devils fans!

Yeah its not uncommon there is a merc around p-bury high school with nj tags unmarked cop car

saw a white explorer last night pulled someone over on i95 south...up by woodhaven rd....it was dark so i couldnt see the tag.
