27 is not a valid code. Are you sure you're getting the blinks right?

yia i know its obd1 and that not even a code i checked it like 15 times. but ill check it again and have some1 else count.

had another pair of eyes look, and again 2 long blinks then 7 fast blinks, i tried disconnecting the battery to reset the comp, but it jus comes right back on,

its only like a second between the long and short blinks
code 20 is electronic load detector and code 7 is throttle angle i would think with code 7 the car wouldnt run right

If there is any pause in between chances are they're separate codes. I use to get code 20 in my DA C1 swap. It's one of those gremlins. Make sure it has all factory grounding points. Last time I got a code 7 my car didn't run weird. You're still opening it via throttle cable. Clean the TB. Check if all connections are tight and clean. If it comes down to it, check if it's in the voltage range.

figured it out, luckily a friend had a spare tps laying around and i was gonna swap it for the hell of it. i notice that the one that was on there was broken kinda put it together and check engine went away so i put the spare on and now im good thanx for the help.
