I need someone who can trim my down pipe, rotate the flange, and weld in a bung for my wideband. Anyone local to me; Collingdale, Glenolden, Aldan, Springfield area can get the job done for me? Cash in hand of course.

Bonus points if you can come to me and do the work at my house since my teg's on jackstands.

If you have a MIG its easy, about as easy as using a hot glue gun.

Do you have a MIG or not?, since your not asking anyone to supply the welder too.

IMO it should be TIG welded anyway unless your exhaust is all junk steel

Sadly, I don't have a MIG or a TIG welding machine. Sorry, about the confusion. I would like to have someone come to where I'm located and do the work. Like I said before, I will compensate them for the work being done.

Ok Gotcha.....Just an FYI most MIG and nearly all TIG machines need a 120v 30amp or 220 plug outlet. . . . like a dryer uses.
