I dont have much to at work and i like to look at these all the time so i guess I should add my own to the mix.

I picked up my WRB STi in February of 05. WRB > all. I think i'm the second one or something

At the time i had a suspended license and couldn't even drive it. I definitely had an APS intake and the Invidia exhaust on the car befor i could drive 2 long months later.
WRB > all

When I got my license back i did the most ass backwards thing. I made the step to stage 2 w/ a Hydra EMS. I just didn't want to hit a wall w/ anything as the power grew.

Shortly after that i put on the Perrin catless down pipe and the GReddy RS blow off valve. Then I went through a bit of a ricer faze...

I know some of you will remeber that. LOL Poppin fire at Absolute..
Then I started the carbon fiber and at this point i had put on the TEIN Flex coilovers as well.

I picked up these wheels for the sweetest deal, GramLight 57F 18x8.5

And the carbon fiber truck, sorry black and white pic. And that's my wifey so don't even ask.

Then came the Perrin front mount IC. (Gotta find a pic) And the Perrin equal lenght header.

Here's a roller, you cant see the FMIC here a little. Some time in there i did the Perrin sway bars and end links. And switched to a Perrin intake..

THEN ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE, BOOM GOES THE TURBO! I'm still not sure what happend first but the turbo blew. Replaced w/ a Perrin GT35R (Thanks Ray and Troll). Then came the knock. Opened it up and thereit is a smushed rod bearing(I'll put pics of that up soon).

Chaz loving my new turbo...

Tuned to 476hp, 466tq. The car feel nice. Just a couple thing to do and it will be done for a bit.

well matt, its good to see that your car is gona be back on the road soon. PT knows their **** and will build you a great engine for sure. good luck, thanks again for the drain tube

Thanks, and thanks to Chaz for the pics and handin us all tool while we worked on the car. Thanks to Ivan, Pete, Anthony, and Keith for all the help, mostly with the clutch. what a pain in the ass. Thanks to JSCspeed, ExtremePSI, Turbotek, Element, and Precision Tuning.

Block and crank should be back from the machine shop today, i hope... Then maybe a week or two os assembly.

so you opted to machine the crank and go with oversized bearings. If you havent gotten bearing yet, ACL race bearings are the way to go, and I am pretty sure they sell oversized bearings. .010 over IIRC.

Nice car, I remember seeing it @ exotic when you came to pick it up..Hope all goes well with the engine build..Definitely digging the equal legnth manifold, sounds bad ass..
