Well seems I might as well put my Volvo in here. Not much done to it as of yet but lots planned. Here is how it looked when I bought it.

Since then I put put coilovers on it and cut down the strut tubes and I am using Saab strut cartridges. I used 10 inch 325lbs springs. The front also has Camber plates. The rear for now I just cut a few coils out. I hope to put my Carrera Coilovers in the rear in the future. Also Volvos tend to need braces here and there, planning on making some. Here it is after the coilovers.

Also had my wife weld up a 3 inch exhaust from the stock downpipe back. It has a 3 inch cat and magnaflow muffler. The rest I made by cutting up 2 160 degree mandrel bends.

The latest is new tires and wheels. These used to be on my wife's Olds but never used. The wheels are 18X8 5X120mm bolt pattern mounted using 1 inch adapters to the 5X108 stock bolt pattern. The tires are BFG G-Force Sports with 225/40-18's front and 245/40-18's rear.

Future mods are for me and the wife to put fender flares on it, front airdam and rear diffuser like I had on my Olds. I also need to add a breather/catch can as the PCV system on Volvo's suck. I will need to move the battery to the back to make room.

Nice work man, I have a 99 V70 XC, I welded up my own 3" exhaust downpipe to tip too. I used a magnaflow high flow cat and borla tip. I have a 16T turbo I'm putting in soon. That catch can is a very good idea, I think I'll do that too! Good to see another Volvo on here.

Thanx Guys. I just moved the battery to the spare tire well. I hope to get the catch can mounted this week, and maybe seats and the diffuser.

Why did you move the battery to the rear?

Looking to make room for the catch can mostly but moving weight off the nose always helps a bunch.

Well today my wife and I put seats in the Volvo. These are Cobra Misano knockoffs that I used to have in my Olds. What a difference. I forgot good they felt. Comfortable and they hold you nice and snug. Take a look.

I love Volvo wagons. I'm pretty sure one of these will be my next car.

Well I got my gauge pods in the mail today and it cooled down some so I threw them in. Need to find places to put the sensors for the water temp and oil pressure.
