I was drinking in Fishtown/Northern Liberties from 3-12 today, so I didn't get a chance to take any pics of the engine bay . Tomorrow.

They're carbon fiber window vents. It's mostly for show, but they do decrease wind turbulence if you have your front windows down. Lowering the rear windows would accomplish that anyway.
