Anyone wanting/thinking of purchasing a skyline? Dont. *Another seizure in Ohio*
Myself am friends with Vandrel (name withheld) and have been getting daily updates and passing them along to the community. Anyways.. as the title states.. You might see cars coming on the market due to the scare.. I would strongly advise not purchasing anything.. Now is not the time to be filing paperwork on these cars.. Our community is taking action and trying to deal with this as it comes.. Laywers and certian individuals have been contacted. But again. I dont want to see anyone get "screwed" so this is just forwarning. I dont need everyone to turn this into a legalitys opinionated thread.. this is just info for any prospective buyers. http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/bre...ne-owners.html Last edited by mitsuboost30; 06-01-2011 at 12:37 PM. |

His car was intact when they first payed him a visit.
this info is out there so everyone knows whats going on.. we are making it widely known that the government is wasting tax dollars on BS. when illegal imigrants are getting over the border murdering people... money should be put where its needed.. this will all be brought to the table if legal action is needed.. the more people that know whats going on the better. |

I'm glad he stripped that thing down. If it were me I would've spent days taking every damn thing off of the car from the headlights, carpet, steering wheel, everything. Can't believe the gov't is actually spendi...more like exhausting or wasting money on this.

ALSO THIS WAS AN ACTUAL PROPERLY IMPORTED, BOND RELEASED, EPA GRANTED R33. AND ANOTHER R32 WAS TAKEN TODAY, A GRAY MARKET ONE THOUGH. Last year we had 3-4 seizures as well of the gray market cars. IE the ones titles in Florida with out the proper bond releases. So be careful guys, I wont be shocked if they take a few more this month. They government know how to use the internets Last edited by OutToWinPAHC; 03-02-2011 at 09:01 PM. |

This makes me proud, in the fact people are finally doing something. I have read countless stories and I feel like if Motorex never happened things could have been so different. I really hope the govt. gets their proirities straight.

This really sucks. I have a friend that went to Canada and bought a front clip of a r32 gtr, at the border they told him he couldn't bring the shell to the US only the engine so he had to relinquish over the title and the shell.
