If you're looking for a "lenient" sticker place because you know your car won't pass then you shouldn't be asking on a public forum. Especially one with two police officers.

i know of leneiant places but if your car is unsafe in anyway your not getting a sticker! no ebrake will surely mean you dont get one so at least hook it up!
