Do you guys really think Cecil is a faster track than Atco? If so, by how much?

never been to Atco. But I really like Cecil cause it's small

Cecil is faster because of the lower elevation.

Cecil is 325 feet above sea level, Atco is only 95.

i hear atco is faster, i also hear there is always too many ricers there breaking their **** and making people wait for cleanup.

I have never ran there. so i don't know.

i could never hook at e-town. they dont prep the track well or something. never been to cecil, so i cant say anthing about them. island drag way doesnt have enough stopping room. i got alittle worried there last time. atco is where i have my fastest times.

Weird, I thought everyone always swore up and down that Cecil was the fastest track in the country. I guess I'll just have to find out for myself.

It may be because there is a 23 foot drop in elevation from the tree to the trap...That may have a little effect on why it could be faster. LOL. I always though Atco was on a dowward slope...apparently Atco has nothin on Cecil. LOL.

Atco is open all year round my friend. I think they just take a little two week break for the holidays. LOL.

Are you sure? I thought NHRA rules require NHRA tracks to be plus or minus 1% of being perfectly flat?
