Wow...That's horible. I took one of those things on a test drive a couple of months ago...Very nice. I'm still a little bummed out on the auto transmission though.

That sucks for the owner. He will obviously get a brand new one at no charge and im sure get some other kind of deal but still, id be pissed.

not really, the insurance will buy out the rest of the loan and he'll lose out on the gap, that's just how it works. he would get another one but he's gonna lose out in one form or another.

however, it will be in the best interested of the dealer to bend over for him so that he pays not a cent more for a new one. it'll also be in their interest to allocate or push him to the top of their list for new builds.

it's a ****ty deal, I'd be out for blood if someone wrecked my e60 M5.

also, the lexus will be paying for that car, I hope the lexus driver has enough coverage to cover an $80k bimmer. .....and I hope the driver didn't pay a penny over invoice.
