In CT it is required to take the msf but all the classes are backed up for a few months, just wondering penalty for getting pulled over without the license?

In Delaware it's just a ticket for no motorcycle license.

damn we ticket and in some cases tow it.

You're right, we can tow it if we want but I generally don't unless the operator is a real a-hole or something. But that's just me...
