if we had a gaming section none of this would have happened.

in a completely unrelated note, the "flamming" seems to be due to 1. people reacting to rice threads, 2. new people not knowing much about cars and enraging the more knowledgeable with stupidness, and 3. people being more interested in talking with their online friends about whatever instead of what tires to run at the next scca event.

It brings up quit a conundrum of sorts. Would you rather people start comming on here posting tons of threads about their under glow kits and neon performance lighting and such, or do you want people to be avid that this site not turn into that. because one or the other is going to happen. There are a lot of very straight cut tuners on this site that dont like the i have a civic and wanna turbo it with $5 ****. but thats what happens when a site grows, it brings in owners of all cars and their personnal opinions of what is nice and what is rice. if you want to cut the bull**** tell TROLL to take off the registration button on the site because like it or not even retards can sign up for an online forum.

btw, complaining about flamming and the site going in the wrong direction by creating a thread boo hoo'ing about wanting to be banned because things dont agree with you is kind of contradictory.

i mean, we are all aware this is the internet arent we?

absolutely. if you really wanted your account to be deleted because you are unhappy with the site, i think you shouldve pm'd troll or any other moderator. These are the posts/threads that get everyone heated. Best way to go is quietly.

damn man when i listen to you blabber long enough i actually get some wisdom out of it every now and again. but seriously, glad i'm not the only one who was thinking that.

if you arent interested in the site any longer and think that deleting your account is necessary, wouldnt PMing someone in charge make more sense than making a public scene out of it? unless of course you were looking to make a public scene out of it, in which case it doesn't look like you need my help.
but to answer your question, accounts do not get deleted, there's really no point. if you don't want to visit the site any more then just don't visit the site any more. the only account i would delete is subwrxkids because it would free up about $200 in data storage monthly (kidding).
i do wish though that people who shared your opinion about the site would make an effort to make their positive, helpful, productive presence known, instead of quietly retreating into the shadows.
